GUITAR LESSONS

   I"m committed to helping people learn the guitar in a supportive enviroment, whether you are an absolute beginner or a more seasoned player. For beginners, I will help you master the basic chords, learn the fundamentals of reading music, and work on playing songs that you like. With more advanced students , we can focus on music theory, how to transcribe music and figure out any passage that you wish to play - in addition to concepts of improvisation. I'd like to encourage students to bring in examples of music

that inspires them so that we can work towards you mastering the music that you like. I have years of experience figuring out over a thousand songs for students from cds and helping them play the music; styles include : rock, pop, blues, jazz, latin, folk , bluegrass, and experimental.
